Germany, Austria, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

To generally qualify for a return, the product should:

• be in substantially the same condition as when received;

• be unused or only handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect it;

• include its accessories, manuals, components and tags, where applicable;

• be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and

• be accompanied by an order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.

These conditions do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your request.

If your return request is accepted, our customer service team will provide the applicable return address and return instructions by email. The return location may depend on the product, order and fulfilment location.

Do not return products to our business address or any other address without receiving return authorization and the correct return instructions from us first.

Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an incorrect address may experience delays or may be returned to the sender.

Where applicable, we will inform you whether a prepaid return label will be provided or whether you must arrange the return shipment yourself.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

• clear photographs or other reasonable evidence, where appropriate.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• sealed personal-care or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery;

• products that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken; and

Any exclusion described above applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

Discounted or sale products remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights. Whether a voluntary return is available for a non-defective sale product will depend on the terms presented at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size or version, you may request a return of the original item. After the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.

This does not limit any right to repair or replacement available for defective or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

6. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in Germany, Austria, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia, and the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the product.

Original packaging is preferred where reasonably possible, but its absence does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or services listed under applicable law, including some personalized, perishable, sealed hygiene or fully performed digital products.

7. Return Shipping Costs

ROYAL UNIBREW A/S will cover the return shipping costs for all approved returns from customers in the countries listed in this policy.

This includes:

• voluntary returns accepted under our 30-day return policy;

• returns made under the applicable EU statutory right of withdrawal; and

• returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed or non-conforming products.

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Customers are not required to pay the return shipping costs for an approved return.

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send the product to our business address or any other address without first receiving the correct return address and return instructions from us.

8. Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required by law.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days after the return has been inspected. Under applicable EU withdrawal rules, refunds will be processed within the legally required period, although we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
